Philanthropist and social activist, born in Maputo City – Mozambique, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane. He is a member and co-founder of the foundation named after him, inspired by the need to support victims of civil and criminal disappearances, an evil that affects all social strata in Mozambique.
